Throughout the year, Sagarpare organizes a variety of cultural and social events that celebrate Bengali heritage, strengthen community bonds, and create meaningful experiences for families across Hamilton and surrounding areas.

Our annual Summer Picnic is one of the most anticipated outdoor gatherings of the year. Filled with games, music, food, sports, and entertainment, the picnic creates an enjoyable and relaxed environment where families and friends can connect, celebrate, and make lasting memories together.

One of the most cherished celebrations in the Bengali calendar, Durga Puja brings the community together in a vibrant atmosphere of devotion, culture, and togetherness. From traditional rituals and cultural performances to authentic Bengali cuisine and family gatherings, the event reflects the spirit and joy of Bengal’s biggest festival.

Bijoya Sammilan is a special post–Durga Puja celebration that brings the community together to share greetings, cultural performances, music, and festive meals. It is a heartfelt occasion centered around reconnecting with friends and family while celebrating unity, joy, and cultural tradition.

Celebrated in honor of Goddess Saraswati, the symbol of wisdom, learning, music, and arts, Saraswati Puja is a warm and spiritual gathering for students, families, and community members. The celebration includes traditional prayers, cultural performances, and festive moments shared across generations.
